LoansTech does not require an Income Tax Return (ITR) document as part of its standard information collection described in this policy. Individual banks, NBFCs or service providers may have their own documentation requirements.

2. Information Collected Through WhatsApp

LoansTech may provide customer assistance and loan enquiry services through WhatsApp.

When you communicate with LoansTech through WhatsApp or complete a LoansTech WhatsApp Flow, we may receive information such as:

• Your WhatsApp/mobile number
• Your WhatsApp profile name, where made available
• Messages sent to LoansTech
• Loan type selected
• Vehicle information
• Name and district
• Employment information
• Monthly income information
• Income-proof availability
• Approximate CIBIL range
• Existing loan and EMI information
• Additional requirements entered into the WhatsApp Flow

Information submitted through WhatsApp may be transferred to our internal CRM or business management systems so that our team can process the enquiry and provide customer assistance.
