These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the LoansTech website, WhatsApp services, digital platforms, loan assistance services, vehicle marketplace, partner services and other services offered under the LoansTech brand.

By accessing the LoansTech website, submitting an enquiry, communicating with LoansTech through WhatsApp, completing a WhatsApp Flow, applying for a financial product, using our digital platform or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

LoansTech may connect customers with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), financial institutions, vehicle dealers and other relevant service providers.
LoansTech acts as a technology-enabled assistance, discovery and facilitation platform.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, LoansTech is not itself the lender providing the loan to the customer.
Loan applications may be submitted or referred to third-party banks, NBFCs or financial institutions for assessment and processing.
The applicable lender is independently responsible for its credit assessment, eligibility determination, approval, rejection, sanction amount, interest rate, fees, tenure, repayment conditions and disbursal.
Submission of an enquiry, eligibility form, WhatsApp Flow, document or loan application through LoansTech does not guarantee approval of a loan or financial product.
Preliminary eligibility information provided by LoansTech is indicative and may be based on information voluntarily supplied by the customer.
Final approval is subject to the applicable lender's policies, credit assessment, documentation requirements, verification, regulatory requirements and other applicable conditions.
Interest rates, loan amounts, processing charges, repayment periods, EMI amounts and other financial information displayed or communicated through LoansTech may be indicative.

The final loan offer and terms communicated by the applicable bank, NBFC or financial institution will govern the financial product.
Any EMI calculator, loan calculator, estimated repayment amount or similar tool provided by LoansTech is intended for general informational purposes.
Calculated amounts are estimates and should not be treated as a final loan quotation, sanction or commitment.
Actual EMI amounts may vary depending on the lender, applicable interest rate, loan tenure, processing charges, taxes, fees and other loan conditions.
Customers agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably up to date.
Customers should not knowingly provide false, misleading, fraudulent or incomplete information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing information submitted through LoansTech before proceeding with a financial application.
Depending on the service requested and the requirements of the applicable bank, NBFC or service provider, customers may be requested to provide documents including:
Documentation requirements may differ between lenders and financial products.
LoansTech may provide enquiry, eligibility and customer-support services through WhatsApp.
Customers may interact with automated messages, approved templates, WhatsApp Flows and LoansTech representatives.
Information submitted through WhatsApp may be transferred to LoansTech's CRM and internal systems for enquiry processing, customer support and application management.
Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of WhatsApp and Meta.
LoansTech may display used vehicles offered by dealers, sellers or other third parties.
Vehicle information may include make, model, year, kilometres driven, ownership, location, expected selling price, estimated finance availability and other information provided by or obtained in connection with the relevant listing.
Customers should independently inspect the vehicle and verify its condition, ownership, registration, service history, insurance, accident history and other relevant documents before making any purchase or financial commitment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, LoansTech acts as an intermediary connecting prospective buyers with dealers or sellers and does not independently guarantee the condition, ownership, quality or accuracy of every vehicle listing.
Vehicle prices, down-payment amounts, loan amounts and finance availability displayed on LoansTech may be indicative and may change.
A statement such as "Full Loan Available" or a displayed estimated loan amount does not constitute guaranteed financing.
Actual finance eligibility remains subject to lender approval and customer eligibility.
LoansTech may work with multiple banks, NBFCs and financial service providers.

Important Notice
LoansTech does not collect processing fees, advance payments, registration fees, document-verification fees or similar charges directly from customers for processing a loan.
Customers should not transfer money to an individual, personal bank account, personal UPI ID or QR code based on a claim that the recipient is collecting a LoansTech loan processing fee.
A bank, NBFC or other financial institution may independently impose legitimate fees or charges associated with its financial product. Any such charges are governed by the terms of the applicable service provider.
Customers should verify suspicious payment requests by contacting LoansTech through its official contact information.
LoansTech does not require customers to disclose passwords, ATM PINs, UPI PINs, debit or credit card PINs, internet-banking passwords or OTPs used to authorize financial transactions.
Customers should never disclose such credentials to anyone claiming to represent LoansTech.
LoansTech may provide a Business Associate or partner program through which eligible persons or businesses may refer customers or participate in distribution activities.
Participation may be subject to additional onboarding, verification, commercial terms, commission structures and program-specific conditions communicated separately.
Commission or earning opportunities may depend on factors such as successful application processing, lender acceptance, disbursal, product-specific conditions and applicable partner agreements.

Unless otherwise stated, the LoansTech name, platform, website content, software, design, graphics, text, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to Rkare Technology Services Pvt Ltd.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected LoansTech materials without appropriate authorization.
Third-party trademarks, bank names, vehicle brands and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
LoansTech aims to maintain reliable access to its digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside LoansTech's reasonable control.
LoansTech may contain links to third-party websites, banks, NBFCs, dealers, service providers or other platforms.
Such third-party services operate independently. LoansTech is not responsible for their independent website content, terms, security practices or privacy practices.

Customers should independently review the interest rate, fees, repayment obligations, eligibility requirements, risks and other terms associated with a financial product before entering into an agreement with a bank, NBFC or financial institution.
Final lending decisions, credit assessment, loan amount, interest rate, tenure and other financial terms are determined by the applicable bank, NBFC or financial institution.

Banks, NBFCs and financial institutions may independently change their products, interest rates, eligibility requirements, documentation requirements and commercial terms.
Rkare Technology Services Pvt Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in LoansTech services, business processes, technology, regulatory requirements or applicable laws.
The latest version will be published on the LoansTech website. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the beginning of these Terms identifies the latest revision.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Customers are encouraged to contact LoansTech first regarding any complaint, concern or dispute so that an appropriate resolution may be attempted.
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, disputes arising from or relating to LoansTech services or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective.
Failure by Rkare Technology Services Pvt Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it subsequently.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the LoansTech Privacy Policy, Data Policy and any service-specific terms communicated to the customer, constitute the applicable terms governing use of LoansTech services.
Separate agreements or terms issued by a bank, NBFC or financial institution will independently govern the financial product provided by that institution.

By accessing or using LoansTech services, submitting an enquiry, communicating with LoansTech through WhatsApp, completing a LoansTech WhatsApp Flow, submitting documents, or requesting financial service assistance, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions are effective from 29 September 2026 and will remain effective until replaced or updated by Rkare Technology Services Pvt Ltd.
